About me

I have lived in the beautiful city of Sammamish for over 12 years, and I’m very knowledgeable of the surrounding cities of Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, Kirkland, Medina and Mercer Island.

My background is a mixture of business and technical fields which have proven useful in the field of real estate, both as a broker and an investor.

I earned a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and worked in structural analysis and construction management. I also have a strong background in Mathematics and Computer Sciences, and participated in the development of several large, complex systems in Brazil, Canada, and the United States. I co-owned and developed a mid-sized resort in Brazil and I’ve been investing in real estate in Brazil and the United States. All of these fields require persistence, strong problem resolution and negotiation skills that allow you to overcome challenges as they are presented. The combination of these skills are a plus when dealing with real estate transactions.
